How to see Customer details in Caddayn Biller?

You can easily access and edit all customer details within the application. To view cutomer information:

Steps to View Customer Information

  1. Open the Master Module
    Navigate to the Master module from the main menu.

  2. Select the Customers Tab
    Click on the Customers tab.

  3. View All Customer Details
    All registered customer information will be displayed for your reference.

 

Managing Customer Records

Add a New Customer

  • Click the New Customer button.

  • Enter the required details and save.

Edit an Existing Customer

  • Click on the customer’s name.

  • Select the 📝 Edit button to modify and update their information.

is it possible to track the purchase details of each customer, also the pending payments of our customers?

Yes ofcourse! Caddayn Biller allows you to track customer purchase history as well as pending (pay-later) payments from a single place.

How to Track Pending Customer Payments

  1. Open the Sales Module
    Go to the Main Menu and select Sales.

  2. Select the Pay Later Submodule
    Click on Pay Later to view all customers with pending payments.

  3. View Pending Payment Details
    The list displays complete information, including customer details, bill references, and outstanding amounts.


How to Settle a Pending Payment

  1. Click on the customer name from the Pay Later list.

  2. Select the Settle Ticket button.

  3. Confirm the payment to mark it as settled.

Once settled, the payment status is updated instantly in the system.
