 Create a Virtual Table
 
To process a Take Away order, first create a virtual table in Caddayn Biller.
 
- Open Caddayn Biller.
- Navigate to Master Data → Table.
- Click Add Table.
- Enter the required details:
  - Table Name
  - Branch
  - Table Price Category
  - Default Waiter
  - Default Customer
  - Table Status
- Scroll down and select the required options:
  - Apply Eligible Offers Automatically
  - Apply Eligible Discount Automatically
  - Virtual Table
- Select Virtual Table for Take Away orders.
- Click Save to create the virtual table.
 
2. Create the Take Away Order
 
- Navigate to the KOT section.
- Click Add Order.
- Select the previously created Virtual Table / Take Away table.
- Add the food items requested by the customer.
- Verify the selected items and quantities.
- Click Place Order to create the KOT.
 
3. Checkout and Generate the Bill
 
- After completing the order, select Checkout.
- The billing window will open.
- Verify the total Bill Amount.
- Select the appropriate Payment Method.
- Enter the Customer Name and other required details, if applicable.
- Verify the bill details.
- Complete the billing process and Save/Print the Bill as required.
 
 
The Virtual Table feature allows Take Away orders to be managed without assigning a physical dining table. It helps maintain the order, KOT, checkout, payment, and billing process systematically within Caddayn Biller.
