Caddayn Biller makes it easy to manage and organize your products by allowing you to create custom brands.
Steps to Add a New Brand :

Open the Master Data Module
Go to the Main Menu and select Master Data. -
Select the Create Submodule
Click on the Create option. -
Click “Add Brand”
At the top-right corner, click the Add Brand button. -
Enter Brand Details
Fill in the brand name and description. -
Save the Brand
Click Save.
Your new brand will now be saved and available for use.
Is there any option to change the Item Brand in bulk?
I have a situation were 18k items are added in caddayn biller, from that 2k items are of same brand, is it possible to update the brand of 2k items in a single shot?
Yes, absolutely. Caddayn Biller supports bulk brand updates through centralized brand management, allowing you to update hundreds of items in one go.
If multiple items are linked to the same brand, editing the brand itself will automatically update all associated items.
How to Change Item Brand in Bulk

Open the Master Data Module
Go to the Main Menu → Master Data. -
Select the Create Submodule
Click on the Create option. -
Open the Brand Tab
You will be redirected to the Brand management screen. -
Search and Select the Brand
Find the brand you want to modify and click on the brand name. -
Edit Brand Details
Click the 📝 Edit button and update the required details, including the brand name if needed. -
Save Changes
Once saved, the updates will be automatically reflected across all items linked to that brand.
