The Inventory Module in Caddayn Biller is used to monitor and manage stock availability across branches and storage locations. It provides a centralized view of all inventory items along with quantity, pricing, branch allocation, brand details, and expiry information.

This module helps businesses maintain accurate stock records, track item movement, and quickly identify stock availability in real time.


2.1⠀Inventory Listing Page

The Inventory page displays all available stock records in a structured table format with the following details:

  • Item Name & Code
  • Available Quantity
  • Unit Type
  • Selling Price
  • Storage Location
  • Branch Name & Code
  • Brand Name & Code
  • Expiry Status

View current stock quantities across branches instantly.

➢ Expiry Tracking
Monitor expiry status of inventory items when applicable. Items are color-coded by expiration: Red indicates expired items that should not be used, Yellow highlights items expiring today or within the next seven days, and Normal text denotes items not expiring soon. Only the earliest expiry date with available stock is displayed, but you can tap an item to view all batch expiries.

2.3.1⠀Steps to Search Inventory #

  1. Navigate to the Inventory Module from the sidebar.
  2. Use the Search Bar at the top of the page.
  3. Enter the item name or item code.
  4. Matching inventory records will be displayed automatically.


2.3.2⠀Steps to Apply Filters #


  1. Open the Inventory Module.
  2. Click the Filter Icon beside the search bar.
  3. Select the required filter conditions.
  4. Apply the filters to narrow down inventory records.

Filters help users quickly locate stock based on branch, item type, availability, or other inventory parameters.


2.3.3⠀Steps to Refresh Inventory

  1. Navigate to the Inventory Module.
  2. Click the Refresh Icon located at the top-right corner.
  3. The inventory table will reload with updated stock information.
